* 1 (250 g) tub PHILADELPHIA Herb & Garlic Light Cream Cheese Spread
* 2 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
* 1/2 cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained, finely chopped
* 1/2 cup chopped black olives
* 1/4 cup finely chopped red onions


1. Mix cream cheese spread and sour cream in medium bowl until well blended.
2. Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
3. Serve with assorted Christie Crackers or cut-up fresh vegetables.

1. Cut cream cheese into 32 pieces; place in shallow dish.
2. Mix remaining ingredients.
3. Pour dressing mixture over cream cheese. Refrigerate 1 hour.

* 1 tsp. oil
* 4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb./450 g)
* 1/4 cup PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
* 1/3 cup 25%-less-sodium chicken broth
* 2 Tbsp. pesto

Philadelphia Cream Cheese Instructions
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook 6 to 8 min. on each side or until done (170ºF). Transfer to plate; cover to keep warm.
Add cream cheese spread to skillet; cook on medium heat 5 min. or until melted, stirring constantly. Whisk in broth and pesto; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until sauce is thickened and well blended. Pour over chicken..enjoy it !

* 1 beef flank steak (1 lb./450 g)
* 1 Tbsp. non-hydrogenated margarine
* 1 small onion, chopped
* 1 lb. (450 g) sliced fresh mushrooms
* 2 bay leaves
* 1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
* 1 can (284 mL) 25%-less-sodium beef broth
* 1/2 cup (1/2 of 250-g tub) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread
* 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
* 340 g hot cooked egg noodles

Cook steak in large skillet on high heat 2 min. on each side or until browned on both sides. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
Ad margarine and onions to skillet; cook on medium heat 5 min. or until onions are crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in mushrooms, bay leaves and thyme; cook 10 min., stirring occasionally. Add broth; bring to boil. Simmer on low heat 3 min. or until slightly thickened. Add cream cheese spread; cook until melted, stirring frequently. Remove and discard bay leaves.
Cut steak across the grain into thin slices. Add to skillet; cook 3 to 5 min. or until meat is done. Stir in parsley. Serve over noodles...enjoy it ! Nice !
